Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of M&F Bot, including commands and responses in supported YouTube livestream chats, interactions with the bot on Discord, account linking, and the public command guide. By using or interacting with M&F Bot, you agree to these terms and the M&F Bot Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use bot commands or link your accounts.
M&F Bot is independently operated for the M&F community. It is not sponsored, endorsed, or operated by YouTube, Google, Discord, or Streamlabs.
What M&F Bot provides
M&F Bot provides community features for supported livestreams and Discord channels. Features may include virtual coins, active-chat time, rankings, leaderboards, daily rewards, games, community goals, virtual pets and rooms, collectibles, titles, fishing, public chat archiving, moderation support, and cross-platform account linking.
The command guide describes currently available features, but it is not a promise that every feature will always be available or remain unchanged.
YouTube, Discord, and third-party terms
M&F Bot uses YouTube API Services and Discord services. Your activity on those platforms remains subject to their own rules, including the YouTube Terms of Service, Google Privacy Policy, and Discord Terms of Service.
You are responsible for complying with the rules of YouTube, Discord, the M&F community, and any other service you use to access M&F Bot. M&F Bot does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, decisions, content, or data practices.
Community accounts and identity linking
A community account may be created automatically when you participate in a supported chat. Your YouTube or Discord platform identity is used to associate your activity with that account. You are responsible for the platform accounts you use and for keeping them secure.
Linking YouTube and Discord is optional. Only link identities that you own or are authorized to use. Linking codes are temporary, single-use credentials and must not be shared. Attempts to impersonate another person, claim another person’s progress, bypass confirmation, or manipulate linked identities are prohibited.
If an account link, merge, or attribution appears incorrect, stop using transfer-related commands and contact the operator promptly.
Virtual coins, items, and progress
M&F coins, pets, rooms, titles, collectibles, ranks, streaks, experience, and other bot items are fictional community features. They have no monetary value, are not legal tender, are not cryptocurrency, cannot be purchased from M&F Bot, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, goods, services, or real-world prizes.
You receive a limited, revocable permission to use virtual progress within M&F Bot. You do not own the underlying software or acquire a property right in balances or virtual items. Selling, purchasing, trading for real-world value, or operating an unauthorized market for M&F Bot accounts, coins, or items is prohibited.
Economy rules may include cooldowns, transfer limits, progressive reward taxes, game odds, anti-inflation controls, and anti-abuse checks. Balances or progress may be corrected when affected by a bug, duplicate processing, exploit, unauthorized automation, fraudulent transfer, administrative mistake, or other activity that would undermine the shared economy.
Games and random outcomes
Bot games are entertainment features played only with fictional M&F coins. Outcomes may use random chance, and many games are intentionally designed with a house advantage to control inflation. Past outcomes do not predict future results. No game offers cash or anything of real-world value.
Do not use M&F Bot games as a substitute for real-money gambling. You are responsible for choosing whether to participate and for using optional limit or lock features made available by the bot.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse M&F Bot. Prohibited activity includes:
- spamming commands, evading cooldowns, or intentionally disrupting chat;
- using alternate accounts, collusion, account sharing, or deceptive transfers to gain an unfair advantage;
- exploiting bugs, duplicate messages, race conditions, rounding behavior, or other technical flaws;
- using scripts, self-bots, automation, scraping, or unauthorized clients to interact with the service;
- attempting to access the server, database, credentials, administrative dashboard, or another user’s account;
- harassing others, impersonating users or staff, or submitting unlawful, threatening, hateful, or infringing content;
- interfering with YouTube, Discord, M&F Bot, or their security and rate limits; or
- using the service in violation of applicable law or third-party platform rules.
If you discover a vulnerability or economy exploit, report it privately instead of testing it against other users or sharing instructions publicly.
Moderation and enforcement
The operator and authorized moderators may investigate suspected abuse and may warn a user, limit commands or transfers, correct affected balances or records, unlink identities, remove bot progress, suspend access, or permanently block participation when reasonably necessary to protect the community, the economy, or the service.
Enforcement decisions may consider available chat records, transaction history, platform identifiers, and operational logs. Serious misconduct may also be reported to YouTube, Discord, a hosting provider, or appropriate authorities.
Availability, updates, and termination
M&F Bot is provided as a free community service. Features may be added, changed, rebalanced, paused, reset, or discontinued at any time. The service may be unavailable because of maintenance, software defects, quota limits, internet outages, livestream status, platform changes, security incidents, or circumstances outside the operator’s control.
Reasonable efforts may be made to preserve legitimate progress, but uninterrupted access, permanent storage, exact response times, and recovery of every balance or record are not guaranteed. You may stop using the service at any time and may submit a privacy request as described in the Privacy Policy.
Ownership and feedback
M&F Bot’s software, branding, command guide, original text, game systems, and visual design are owned by the operator or used with permission. These terms do not grant permission to copy, sell, reverse engineer, republish, or create a competing service from protected M&F Bot materials except where applicable law expressly permits it.
You retain any rights you have in content you post to YouTube or Discord. You grant only the permissions needed for M&F Bot to process, display, respond to, and archive that content as described in the Privacy Policy and as enabled by the platform where you posted it. Suggestions and feedback may be used to improve the service without compensation or obligation.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, M&F Bot is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or preservation of virtual progress. Bot responses and game results are automated and may occasionally be delayed, duplicated, incomplete, or incorrect.
Nothing provided by M&F Bot is financial, legal, medical, or professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, virtual coins, progress, access, reputation, or opportunity arising from or related to M&F Bot or a third-party platform.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated to reflect new features, platform requirements, economy rules, security practices, or legal obligations. The effective date will be revised when changes are published. Material changes may also be announced through the M&F community’s usual channels. Continuing to use M&F Bot after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. Failure to enforce a provision once does not waive the right to enforce it later.
